Currently I'm working earlies. This means getting up at 4am but home but 1pm. This means I have time in the afternoons, so am tending to cook more. So far my housemates have experienced Honey Glazed Stuffed Butternut Squash, Roast Squash and Aubergene Lasagne, Leek, Mushroom, Pea and Parmeasan Risotto, Cream of Tomato and Butterbean Soup, and a stir fry that has no name but had plenty of asparagus in it.|
My housemates will be happy with me remaining on earlier. I, however, would quite like to stay awake beyond 8pm.
